Paradise Villa’s themselves are a joy, embraced by flowers and with a beautiful aspect that captures the heart. Both villas have spacious balconies on the ground and first floors. The open lounge holds a large flat screen TV with UK channels, and wifi.
A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. The kitchen leads off into the open plan living dining area that accommodates 6 guests. The ground floor also boasts a spacious cloakroom and has 3 double patio doors leading to the balcony area.
On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms both with a private balcony and a family bathroom. With top-floor balcony and first-floor terraces drawing you outside to the view and down to the pool, there’s a sense of grandeur and the Great Gatsby to the place.
Outside is where the magic really begins. Paradise Villas have the most wonderful panoramic sea and coastline views where you can watch the sunset and sunrise each day. There is a staircase that brings you down to the beautiful pool area surrounded by lush greenery, including fruit trees, with an extremely welcoming walk in swimming pool, sunbeds, seating area, sun umbrellas, and BBQ.
So whilst you feel like you’re perched up high on the hillside… all the better to take in that awe inspiring view… for the days you choose to venture out of the villa, you are only a short 4 minute walk to all local amenities on Coral Bay strip.
There is a supermarket located just an 8 minute walk away which also provides a free lift back to the villa with your shopping. The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. There is also a local, cheap and regular bus service available on main strip that can take you into Paphos harbour and Paphos old town.
Paradise Sunrise is located about twelve km from Paphos town to the west. It’s a short drive up to the charming village of Peyia with tavernas, bars, restaurants good local shops and amenities. The Coral Bay Strip is a short walk away with top beaches Corallia and Coral Bay and offers an abundance of top restaurants, bars and shops. To the West lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.
